I started my career working for a small CPA firm in Scottsdale, Arizona as a staff accountant. After four tax seasons, I realized I could make a successful business for myself while helping others save time & money on bookkeeping services. I incorporated my business in November 2004 to help with personal tax savings and also so I could better understand the process for my clients. Because of the skills I learned from the CPA firm and my own incorporation process, I was able to help one of my clients change his entity filing status to help with tax savings as well. I specialize my bookkeeping services to meet each individual business. I currently service a wide range of small businesses including general contracting, service related, retail, medical professionals, e-commerce, restaurants, non-profits and a credit union. I have a great working relationship with two local CPA firms and continue to grow with CPA firms with each additional client.
I have been a QuickBooks Certified Proadvisor since 2004 and I continue to grow my QuickBooks certification each year. I am a national trainer for Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks. With this project I have the opportunity to meet clients that I would have never been able to help. I am involved with the American Institute for Professional a Bookkeepers, which has allowed me to stay up to date on tax law changes and updates for bookkeeping scenarios.
